1. Is the dust bag reusable?

The normal and hygienic and deodorizing dust bags are not reusable. New ones can be purchased. It supports up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. When the bag is full, you’ll get reminders on the device and app to ask you to replace it.

2. How long does it take to fully charge L35 Hybrid+?

Before charging, please confirm that the white power indicator on the charging base lights up. It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge when the device is in low battery status. Its light is solid blue when the device is fully charged.

3. What’s L35 Hybrid+’s compatible voltage? And does it support a 5GHz Wi-Fi network？

In the United States, the L35 Hybrid+ supports voltages from 100V to 120V~50/60Hz. Currently, eufy RoboVacs only support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi networks. To reset your Wi-Fi, press and hold both buttons on the top panel for 3 seconds until a voice alert heard.

4. Does L35 Hybrid+ support multi-floor cleaning? Can I save multiple maps?

Yes, it supports multi-floor cleaning. You can save up to 3 maps when the Multi-Map Save feature is turned on in the app.

5. What is Customized Cleaning mode?
