In addition to the pull-up bar, this Gym 1 deluxe indoor playground set comes with a swing, plastic rings for gymnastics, a trapeze bar, a wood-and-rope ladder, and a knotted rope for swinging or climbing. The swing can hold up to 220 pounds; the pull-up bar is capable of safely supporting 300 pounds. And Gym 1 is super-easy to install.

• 1. Mount the Gym 1: Door frame top trim must stick out at least ¼”, for the bar to rest on. Not compatible with trim more than 6” high.
• 2. Tighten the Knobs: Measure from doorstop ridge to front trim. Vice grips extend from 2.75” to 4.75” and fit most standard frames.
• 3. Add an Attachment: All attachments clip on easily. Choose from swing, plastic rings, trapeze bar, ladder or knotted rope.
• 4. Play for Hours: Now you’re ready to swing the day away. Please note: The main steel bar requires 39” of available space.
